THATS THE POINT. This product isn't a product at all nor does it come delivered with what is described.I call this review call to action: "The Nana"I honestly suggest you buy it just to refund it. Eventually, if Amazon product quality control doesn't get them out of here, the constant refunds will. Why "The Nana"?You know the song *Na-na-na-nah Hey-ey-ey Goodbye!*However, my review needs to be of substance otherwise I'm a hypocrite, right? Fine, this is what it does: Makes you realize that you took out 50 bucks as I said, burned it, and wasted your time. What's worse, I think you actually gained weight while waiting for the refund. Ouch! It's like the anti-christ of stimulators. Total opposite of what you want and you might catch fire.My unit melted at the wire connectors. The stimulator device started smoking and I live in a no-smoking house. Doubly bad. But more to the point, this product came with accessories that DONT EVEN BELONG to the product category. Just random items like a rubber band and velcro strips. For what I don't know. On its merit, it doesn't float because it has none. Some might say that I should try another one and maybe this one was just a quirk. They would have to pay me to try another one. Nope. Go ahead don't trust me. In the end, you'll help my cause when you return it, and when you do I'll be singing Na-na-na-nah. If they really believe in their product then go ahead and send me your best shot. But I'm not interested in wasting time and money.Get the fire extinguishers out and for the love of all things, Amazon, please check this product for integrity and, without hesitation, should this even be allowed on Amazon with such poor quality?Seriously, can I get a product check here!? There is a spill on every aisle!

I have spent quite a bit of money on other useless products for my "skinny fat" abdominal area. This is the only product I have noticed a difference within the week, 2 x day, 20 to 30 minutes per use. I returned it because some items that were supposed to come with it (bicep belts) didn't come. Now it's not available 😩. I'll keep checking, hopefully it becomes available.

These bands are great at not slipping or curling, which is exactly what I wanted. Since I predominantly strength train, these are perfect for someone who likes to squat, deadlift, etc. as well as other leg abduction exercises. They’re a good alternative to the rubber resistance bands and much more cost effective than many similar brands.I didn’t anticipate them to be different sizes for the different resistances, but I’ve gotten used to that aspect. I would recommend these if you are into strength training or intend to use them on your legs above your knees only.If you want to also be able to do exercises that require minimal resistance I would stick with rubber resistance bands since these bands provide a great deal more resistance than rubber ones. Ideally, I would suggest both these bands and rubber bands for the sake versatility of exercises, but you would likely be happy with just these if your intending on focusing on strengthening and toning your hips and quads.

These things are awesome! I was really surprised by the built material. They are super strong and do not slip and slide at all. I had some plastic bands before and they melted when being stored because it gets very hot where I am. The bands come in 3 different strength levels which you can tell easily by the size and color. The colors are easy on the eyes so if left out in a living room or bedroom it doesn't stand out to much or look messy. I major bonus was the bag that works as a backpack as it was way better than some resistance door bands i got that had a bag but no straps for a backpack. I would definitely recommend this product.

I bought this because I heard so many great things about Squid Industries.When I received it, I immediately thought it felt really cheap.Definitely not $60 in terms of quality or materials.One handle was screwed in tight so it wouldn't rotate well which isn't a huge problem since you can loosen it.Flipping it feels just okay. It has so much bounce that it doesn't really act like an okay balisong.I knew it would be light but it's so light that it doesn't really carry much momentum.If I were you, I would save up a little more and get a metal trainer.

I am sad that this product has a very short lifespan🥲🥲🥲

this does the job , get rid of love handles within days , see little results after first use.

Product highly recommend! The price is great, the quality it’s amazing, it seems really durable, don’t keep slipping during work out. It’s great for work out at home, I’ve being doing for the last week and I can feel the difference, I also brought for a weekend trip at Yosemite and it was the best idea, it came with a little bag so it’s super useful and easy to carry. The 3 intensities is ideal because I can use for legs, gluteal, arms and back, I started with purple and try to include the other colors gradually. Perfect!
