Good watch, great customer service
The watch features are as stated. We used the 2G version earlier. The 4G version is good, works well.When we had an issue with the settings, called the customer service number. Issue was promptly addressed by Nitesh, the proprietor, to full satisfaction.All is good. App works well. Only issue is when 4G connectivity is patchy, else it works well.Thank you.

Doesn't work with JIO
The product doesn't work with jio sim. Wasted 1 year recharge on a new jio sim because seller confirm jio will work. But the details given are false advertising.

Best product... .
Superb video and voice call function... Live Location sharing is not accurate and having deviation range is of +/- 300 to 500 meters approximately.Battery capacity is sufficient for a day.

Good product and excellent support from vendor
I am using this watch since last year. The watch works perfectly for me. Also support from seller is amazing. Whenever there is a service issue , they are very prompt ,accurate and supportive.

Good calling device but limited software
My kid has been using this device for >3 months. Good device to keep in touch with your kids by calling. The range is good and I have almost never faced any connectivity issues while calling.Good feature is you can block calls from users not in the address book and also specify the times when to accept calls (like avoiding school times)NegativesVery bad software .. No OTA updates, Time displays only have 24 hr format and no 12 hr format (difficult for smaller kids to understand), For most changes like adding a new name, setting alarm etc everything needs to be done only in the mobile app and there are delays sometimes for that to get registered in the watchAlso, location/gps updates are not accurate and has lot of lagsVideo quality is too bad for any video calls (only can be done from the mobile app)OverallOnly a good device for calling your kids !!!
