Great product. Very powerful can’t complain. I bought two at first and then I bought a third one as a gift. The instructions are clear. At first it was not working when I charged it up as I was pressing the start button once. But then eventually we got it to work by double pressing the start. This was no where in the instructions.If the frozen fruits or vegetables are chopped up smaller they work fine in it and blend smoothly without probs but you can’t put a big strawberry for example and expect it to be blended.Good on the go product and it holds the charge for long!

Didn't work, out of the box. I charged it 3 hours. Still nothing. Charged it over night. Still nothing. So, I sent it back. I'd like to think this was an exception, but why take the chance when you can buy others that actually work. Good news: no trouble return the item and getting a refund from Amazon.After I posted this, the manufacturer contacted me. Nice to know some actually read the reviews. They apologized, asked clarifying questions to determine my understanding of the correct way to use the blender. And, after 3 email exchanges, their 4th was to let me know they were sending me another one at no charge. Now THAT'S customer-focused customer service. I received the new one on Saturday. IT WORKS!A couple of things here:1. Yes. Of course I want a product that delivers on the expectations set by marketing. So Yay for that.2. I truly appreciate the personal attention and follow through of the manufacturer. I wasn't expecting it and have been pleasantly surprised from their 1st follow-up email through the delivery of a functioning blender. These are the actions of an organization that is earning my respect and loyalty.Thank you!

Works nice with just protein powder but doesn't mix up good with fruit in it

The media could not be loaded.  It was working great for almost a month until it started leaking out of the USB hole. See video. I've only used it to blend my bulletproof coffee (butter, oil and coffee). I've never blended any ice or anything frozen. What gives?! This wouldve been 5 stars. I loved the fact that I could take my bulletproof coffee on-the-go and make it at work.

This is a perfect blender for work or travel. The motor and blades are strong enough for fruit (and soft hotel ice) and can complete multiple blends on one charge, and can then be charged at any USB port. Easy to clean, my preferred method being warm soapy water, a quick blend, a rinsing blend, then a wipe down of the parts with a clean rag. Literally takes 90 seconds.Note this personal blender is sturdy (read as heavy), so don't plan to make much use of that wrist strap, you'll want to decant into your travel cup & clean, not carry this around. Definitely a great choice for your desk drawer, gym bag, or suitcase.

No it doesn't blend ice or frozen fruits and veggies but it is still highly effective. Very convenient for those always on the go. The colors are more pastel than the vibrant colors indicated so the photo misrepresents. No worries this is still an attractive blender bottle. I deducted a star because it needs some type of flip top to drink from once your drink is ready. Doesn't come with one so I took a chance and purchase a flip top from another vendor that works great! It's not quite the same color as the blender bottle but I like it.

UPDATED: just as i suspected 1 ice cube and it did NOT crush anything !!!! its ok i guess when it dies ill find a better one but seriously for this price it should be AMAZING and its not !SECOND UPDATE: one day and the next day the charge is gone ......that's wonderful !!!not as good as i expected for the $$$$ it doesnt even have a spout to drink from whats portable ? i dont need it to be portable i drink it in the house but now i have to pour it into a glass .. there's no drinking spout you have to unscrew the top completely .....not impressed i should return it actually ill see how it goes in the next few days i only put protein powder and water in it for now im afraid to try ice chips and/or fruits, veggies, etc. i dont think it has the power to chop them cuz even the powder was still stuck on the sides of the container and although it comes with the USB charger cable it doesnt come with the "brick" attachment to plug it in the wall !! im wondering how long it will be before the battery inside this thing dies like a cell phone !! and the USB connector (the little one that is on the blender) is VERY tiny and hard to put into the blender itself !!! just a matter of time before it breaks too soooooo not worth what it was price wise

I purchased (3) of these blenders One for me and the other two for co-workers. They flipped when they received it. And even better was how well it works and charges phones. We have nice ice crushed smoothies every other day. I purchased these in July and since then we have crushed ice, frozen fruit, very smooth protein powder and green vegetables with no problems at all. It does everything it says it does. I have bought others that did not do as they claim. I have another one that is pretty good too and that is the Letoo Portable blender. It does an awesome job but I always make two smoothies which means its a little small but charges a phone good. But this one does the same thing and it is larger than the letoo. When you fill your cup, shake it and I tilt it to the right or left and then turn it on. That gets the air to the bottom and everything starts to move around. Then as you see that it's blending well, you can then straighten it up. We love it.
