This certainly works as I suffer from painful periods. It’s all natural so it’s perfect as I can’t deal with chemicals.

Not bad at all when you don't want to take tablets. Do give some relief. Bit awkward to put on. They tend to curl up though

Disappointing product. It only provides warmth for about an hour despite the packaging claiming up to 12 hours. The adhesive is extremely sticky and painful to remove. The only positive is the pleasant, soothing smell. Overall, it’s effective for about an hour at best

My husband originally bought these for me when the fabled BeYou patches became unavailable. These are just as good and work very well while being cheaper! Highly recommended and even though the other brand is back in stock now, I'll be sticking with these.

I couldn’t get BeYou patches so I bought these thinking they must be the same… they aren’t. They are much thinner and (for me) were not very effective. They didn’t do anything for pain (unlike BeYou which offer immediate relief). On the plus side, they were comfortable on the skin but slightly more uncomfortable to remove.

I’ve been needing to take a painkiller each time but since I started using this on the most crampy day, I don’t need the painkillers 🙌🏼
