This massage chair pad will definitely work on some of the superficial kinks in your back. To target the lower back, you may need to sit on a few pillows to prop yourself up but it's worth it. The two different intensity settings are nice, allowing you to customize how hard you want the massage. The heating feature is nice and works well. I don't really care for the vibration feature in the seat but for some, it may be nice. It's not too clunky and super easy to use.

Just received this yesterday and set it up quickly and began with my massage. It is much heavier than I thought it would be but it worked like a charm. The vibration for the legs was a nice feature. The choice of whole back vs top or bottom is nice. Heat as well is a nice bonus. For the price, this item is a great buy. My reserves with this is that I will not be leaving it in place as it is not comfortable to sit on unless it is in use and so this is where the weight of it comes into play. In order to move it after my massage is a pain in the butt, however this would most likely hold true to any massager I would purchase if I am being fair. Bottom line is this is a great buy for under a hundred and does what it claims to do, I have used this only 1 night (several times) and with good luck I shall not have to return to change/edit my review. :)

I have chronic low back pain and the kneading back message is very therapeutic! It has the strength of a full size chair that they use in the nail salons! I’m very pleased with my purchase!

I liked this massager but after 4 months (of NOT every day use) it stopped working. The lower seat vibration works but the massager part stopped.

Had one like this from another store in the past, worked great, lost it. This one barely massages at all, barely a surface rub. Motors sound like they are going to die at any moment. Didn't come with ac adapter. Typical Amazon garbage product.

This back massager has been so amazing for my husband! He started using one at work & had a lot of pain relief in his low back & hip! We decided to purchase our own & we all love it, including our kids! The heat on it is so good!! The seat cushion is nice and fluffy & comfortable! The only drawback so far is we wish it was a little bit taller to reach the shoulders more, but it really is great! You can put it in any seat & just relax!

The media could not be loaded.  Well, this came just in time as I pulled a muscle in my lower back today. What a wonderful massager.At first, I thought it wasn't going to be any good as the massaging nodes were high up, I thought that maybe there were smaller ones in the lower parts. Anyway, I switched it on and I was amazed that the massage nodes move down to the bottom and back to the top reversing rotation every now and then, I really didn't expect that at this price point. (See attached video).You can do upper back, lower back or whole back BUT, there is an awesome feature and one that I used this evening, it's called "SPOT", you press this button and then use the arrow buttons to send the massage nodes to the area you want and it just stays there massaging that area, with the heat on it did my muscle the world of good.If it's a little uncomfortable you can pull the built in flap over and if it's still too much for you can add a towel or two.It will fit practically any style of chair, I have it in an arm chair.The backrest is made of a hard plastic which is just what it needs to keep it where it needs to be.The base vibrates if you want it too which I found quite relaxing.All in all, I don't think you'd beat this for the money.

I’ve had back issues for years (muscular). This thing along with a couple of chiropractor visits has made a huge difference. I used it every other day for about two weeks and I don’t have my back pain anymore. It doesn’t really hit your shoulders very well though. So if you had pain there I’d think about buying something that would hit that area more specifically.It can be a bit uncomfortable/painful at first as this thing works out your knots, but that eases off over time as your muscle improves.Highly recommend as it’s about the cost of one pro massage at physio except you have it for as many as you need.Definitely use the heat function at the same time. Some people said they didn’t find it much use in the reviews I read before buying but you need to cycle the machine more than once for it to heat up a bit. So I would use it. Then switch it on again and then again before I felt it had been affective.

This massage seat will fit just about every seat. Plug in select where you want to be massaged. For me, it's lower back. Put the heat on as well. Helps with sciatica relief. I use it in the morning. Use 3 - 4 times to get relief.

I use this because I have a back back and hips and works in pain relief the high setting is a bit much tbh works better for myself on medium but each to their own it's very good at pain relief would be better if it had a heat and cold function on it just my point of view
