I ordered the option that states it includes 72 total servings, 24 of each flavor. (36 2-packs) When the box arrived it only had half the amount the listing states. I attempted to return what I received in hopes to receive the correct amount the second time, but again only half of what the listing promised arrived. This is a good brand for a cat food but if you attempting to purchase a large quantity you should purchase it elsewhere. Disappointed with the return/refund process for this product as well.

I have ordered this before, and it came fine. I don't know what happened to this batch!! There was absolutely no protection in the box, but these got smashed along time ago, based on the pods of whatever gnats or flies or bugs were born in here! There were no signs of bugs when I opened it, just little bug pods all throughout, and the whole package smelled like vomit, which tells me this happened sometime ago. Did nobody notice that this SMELLED LIKE PUKE WHEN IT WAS SHIPPED OUT? Both boxes had at least one package busted, but apparently one was a lot worse. I am so disappointed with Amazon for allowing this, and I am CERTAINLY not feeding this to my cat.

We have 3 extremely picky kitty cats when it comes to their wet food. After trying every kind of wet/soft cat food all 3 will only eat the Sheba Perfect Portions Cuts in Gravy. I was extremely disappointed to see how this cat food was shipped and disgusted by the smell when I opened the package; it turns out several of the containers were broken open and leaked all over. What’s really annoying is that I spent $30 on food for my cats and half of the portions can’t be used because they were open and it’s ineligible for an exchange/refund. Now I’ll need to go to the store and pick up a new case of food for my furry babies.

The site says this includes 2 boxes of 36 servings (18) of chicken tuna and fish for a total of 72 servings. I ordered 2 of these. I paid 63.70. I should’ve received 4 boxes which would have been 72 x 2. We only received 2 boxes for 72 servings.

This review is not reflective of the product, which is great and I will continue to buy it. The food itself I would give 5 stars because it's easy to serve, and my cats love it.I am disappointed however because of the discrepancy between the pictures, description, and product options. The pictures and description make it very clear that this is a purchase of 2 18 twin packs, for a total of 72 servings. What I got however was a single 18 twin pack (half the advertised amount), which was reflective of the only option I could choose, but not of what the rest of the listing or price reflects (listed as double the last price I got this amount for). Will likely purchase from another source in the future.
