Very sad to open and find this out
There were missing letters in the shipment. Very sad to open and find this out. Besides the A in Birthday missing. The banner was very good quality.

After reading the reviews, I was already expecting a good quality product. However, my high expectations were surpassed. Highly recommended.

Ok product, too much effort on my part.
The colors were perfect. The balls had no adhesive or clips to keep them together. My wife and I ended up using craft glue. The banner itself needs to be strung on the ribbon included. I must've missed all these details when I ordered or they where many not stared.
