We ordered two of these toilets to replace the old ones in our fixer upper. Anything would have been better than what we had, but our priorities for toilet functions were flushing power and being easy to clean. The toilet bowl doesn’t hold a lot of water, which is a perk for cleaning but we questioned whether it would be more difficult to flush everything down. Hasn’t been an issue at all. We’re a family of 5 and this toilet gets a 10/10 for flushing power/capabilities and being easy to clean and keep clean. The flush is also quiet, the soft close toilet seat closes softly during the chaos of the day and the wee hours of the night, install was straightforward for a husband who had never installed a toilet before, the comfort height is comfortable for adults and toddlers alike (keep a stool nearby), and you can appreciate the intuitive flush design that says the smaller button is for less water and the bigger button is for more water.We saw a lot of other reviewers complain about the toilet seat being wiggly and needing to get the upgrade. We may upgrade in the future but we don’t see the toilet seat being an issue for us anytime soon.Special note on phenomenal customer service: We installed one toilet about a month before we tried to install the second. (We had a baby come six weeks early.) It turned out that the second toilet needed the 10” rough-in. It was after our return window had closed, but the customer service for this company went above and beyond to accept our return, send us the 10”-rough-in replacement, and offered things we never would have even asked for to make our lives easier. They responded to all of our messages thoroughly and quickly. Happy to support a company that goes above and beyond to support their customers, and comforted to know that if we ever do have any issues then they will be easy to contact.Overall, we’re beyond pleased with these toilets and the customer service of this company. Did I mention that we price-shopped and the price was the best on Amazon?

So glad I made this purchase. Works great. Color is perfect with bathroom decor, dual flush is ideal, and height is perfect. Gives the bathroom a pleasant look and plumber installed easily. It’s a good buy and highly recommended.

I did it myself for the first time and if you attach the water line first its so easy to do yourself. All the parts you need come with it except for the water line. Make sure you check the size as it comes pre-installed with a 1/2 inch adaptor and we have 7/8 so after reading the instructions I unscrewed the adapter and bam everything fit just fine. If you need a new flange there is a thing called a twist and seal flange that sits on top of your old icky one and it really helped speed the installation because I would have had to replace the old flange. The toilet is very nice and the flushing works great. If you are looking for a one piece toliet I highly recommend this one.

This is a really nice looking toilet. It is compact without looking too small. It is comfortable and flushes like a champ. The dual flush is great because there is a significant difference between the two, and you can set them for your own preference as well. The only problem is that they do not provide an explanation as to how to adjust the flushes, even though the instructions tell you to adjust these according to the manual. There is no manual, just an installation guide. I was able, after a lot of work and dead ends, have a Facebook Messenger conversation with someone from Horow, who provided me a one sheet visual guide depicting how one should adjust the flush mechanism. It isn't easy to decipher, but it's better than nothing. In theory you don't have to touch the flush mechanism, as it comes pre-assembled.The holes which allow access to the bolts are really small, and though there is a possibility of reaching in from the back if you have Gumby arms, it makes tightening these bolts a moderately difficult job. I just took my time and eventually got them tight.One last complaint is the cheap plastic covers they provide to cover the holes. These should sit nice and flush, and be the same color as the toilet, they should be invisible right? Instead, they don't sit right, they are sticking out, and they are a different white than the toilet. I looked and online from Horow you can buy ceramic covers for $40. This wasn't necessarily a cheap toilet, and I feel that the ceramic covers should be standard. I am probably going to order them because the cheap plastic bothers me so much, but it does seem like a lot for covers that should already be there.Also, the seat seems cheap too so I'll probably be ordering a wood one. The toilet itself and the flush mechanism, however, are great and so far everything goes down in a satisfyingly powerful and quick flush. It doesn't take very long to refill itself, either.

The product arrived on time and was easy to assemble and install. I like its functionality and how well operates. The dual button for water saving is excellent and the flushing feature is good. Overall, I think this product was an excellent choice for my bathroom, price, quality, and functionality.

So far, so good. It looks good, it feels good. It has a bidet seat. The bidet is great. It has a bidet seat user manual. No model number provided. It has a bidet warranty card. But, it does not have an address to send the card, the name of the manufacturer or a telephone number to call if you need help, or want to order a new one in the future. Hopefully there will not be a need for that. It takes two people to install because of the concealed bolts or at least that's what my installer said. I'm very happy with it.
