Cliff Top Waterproof Motorcycle DIY Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS) with External Sensor LCD Display

EDIT 08/03/2020: It turns out that one of the o-rings in the transmitter fell out. Seller refunded the purchase price. I suppose that's OK, but I really wanted them to fix the problem since I already put the effort into hard-wiring a very nice installation. I asked if they could send a replacement transmitter, or even just the missing o-ring. Nope, just take the refund and order another system is their un-answer.EDIT 07/25/2020: I've been using this TPMS for about a month and put several hundred miles on it without any problem. Yesterday, the front tire was completely flat. I inflated the tire and put the TPMS transmitter back on with plans to ride this morning. This morning, the tire was flat again. I inflated the tire but did not replace the TPMS transmitter. 5 hours later, the tire is still properly inflated.I sent a message to the seller and will post the outcome when it's all settled one way or the other.Received 06/17/2020: The manual is not good. It is in English, but it sort of reads like a Google translation from Chinese. Setting things up requires reading and re-reading the section, then trying to figure out what it is they're trying to say. Then, you start smashing buttons until you get something going.The item itself appears to be of good quality. It looks good and feels solid. It started displaying my tires pressures and temps seconds after initially putting power to it.It appears to be accurate. It reads almost exactly one pound less than my good manual gauge. I think I lose about 1PSI when I screw the transmitters on . I just add an extra pound.I'm not sure the alarm portion is working, or if I'm just not understanding the setup. I put a sensor on a dirt bike that has a leaky rear tire. I pumped it up to nearly 40PSI. It's down to 31 now, and there's been no alarm or any indication of a problem, other than the readout shows the pressure at 31. I'd thing that a 9 pound drop in pressure should cause it to do something. (I had it set up incorrectly. After figuring out how to set the proper parameters, it all worked fine)It needs a way to turn the display brightness down.

This TPMS was easy to install and works as stated in the description. Upon completing the instillation the rear #2 sensor would not work. The batteries were already installed in the sensors and I had to go buy new batteries before the rear sensor would display on the monitor. The psi the monitor shows for the tires is between 2 and 3 psi off. I checked the tire pressure wit 3 different gauges prior to installation and all 3 gauges read the same, but the monitor reads lower than what the gauges show. I just have to remember how much each sensor is off to figure my tire pressure. The bad battery and the sensors readings being lower is why I gave the item the rating that I did.

Beautiful TPMS sensor and great communication with company. I had an operator error and they were willing to replace quickly if necessory. All worked out fine.

I've been very pleased with this tpms. It's best to install it to a switched 12v connection otherwise you'll have to remember to turn it off eveytime your done with your ride.I definitely recommend the product!Note: The LED's are evenly bright, I don't know why the picture shows them unevenly.

Looking for a tpms with an lcd display and power supply... Order FOBO instead & save yourself the headache!Setting the correct psi from the system default should be simple but isn’t, couldn’t get it to retain the proper psi setting.

No instructions with unit. Appears to have been previously returned. Batteries were installed in unit and should not have been?

buon prodotto di facile installazione e in funzione con poche regolazioni.montato in pochi minuti.se si collega direttamente alla batteria è necessario procurarsi un portafusibile volante per evitare cortocircuiti che potrebbero danneggiare la batteria.la pressione rilevata dai sensori differisce di 0,2-0,3 bar rispetto ai manometri convenzionali.ho gonfiato gli pneumatici al distributore a 2,5 bar ho controllato con il mio manometro portatile e segnava 2,5 bar,mentre i sensori segnavano 2,2 bar.tutte le prove a distanza di pochi minuti e a gomme fredde,comunque è lo stesso un ottimo sistema per tenere sotto controllo la pressione e capire a quanti bar una piega ti riesce meglio.le istrizioni scaricabili dal sito della cliff-top purtroppo sono in inglese ma anche con il google traduttore si riescono a capire.la mancanza di foto o disegni esplicativi rendono un poco difficile capire come cambiare le batterie dei sensori ma staccando la chiavetta metallica dalla chiave in plastica nera viene intuitivo usare la chiave nera sulla testa del sensore e la chiavetta metallica per svitare la valvola del sensore,togliendo prima quella ghiera a raggera sotto il sensore.la temperatura invece a gomme fredde e moto in garage corrisponde perfettamente a quella esterna,e aumenta leggermente nel fare strada così come naturalmente la pressione degli pneumatici.se si dimostrerà affidabile nel tempo e duraturo si meriterà la 5 stella. ho usato il TPMS per circa tre mesi,sembra creare probblemi alla batteria nel senso che anche se spento manda in tilt il navigatore che continua a spegnersi e accendersi,mentre staccando la spina dopo alcune decine di minuti tutto torna normale,proverò a sostituire la batteria con una da 10 AH se dovesse starci nell'alloggiamento altrimenti mio malgrado toglierò il cliff top

Buon prodotto, fa quello che dice, di facile installazione e impostazione, piccolo e poco invasivo sul manubrio, sembrerebbe anche abbastanza preciso nei dati visualizzati. Non dimenticatelo acceso, mangia un po' di batteria!!!!!!

Facile da montare e basta accenderlo che fa tutto in automatico. Finché i valori della pressione sono ottimali segna il valore in BAR con luce verde.Funziona benissimo ed è anche molto preciso. Il display va alimentato sotto quadro, è dotato di un attacco a sgancio rapido, se volete portarlo via quando lasciate la moto parcheggiata.

El producto es bueno y estoy contento con el. Pero el proveedor es informal y me ha dejado sin asistencia. En menos de un año ha dejado de producir el dispositivo y no vende recambios. Los tapones de las ruedas son frágiles y es una pena que no se puedan obtener tapones de repuesto. El dispositivo es costoso y ya no sirve para nada. Una pésima inversión. CLIFF-TOP=INFORMALIDAD, cuidado al comprar algo a este proveedor
