Don't plan on using 12-month equal pay.
The seller Peak Home Fitness and the treadmill itself are excellent. No complaints. I selected 12-month equal pay, however Amazon billed the full amount to Amazon Chase Visa and Chase drafted the full amount. Three months later, after multiple chats and phone calls, Amazon says only Chase can fix the mistake and Chase says only Amazon can fix the mistake. So, I'm stuck with paying the full amount AND I did not get the 5% discount. I'm no attorney, but isn't that fraud?

Treadmill Came, Console did not
Nightmare purchase. Treadmill arrives, waybill says 2 packages, only 1 large (obviously treadmill deck) box delivered, everyone shrugs. I call Amazon CS, I'd already taken the steps they took, i.e. calling/tracking packages, calling Life Fitness, etc. Spent 45 min. on hold with Life Fitness, finally got a CS rep. "No Track Connect Consoles for at least 15 weeks, backordered." Problem seems to originate with the seller, Peak Home Fitness, who are shipping treadmills without the operating unit (console). Other reviews, same issue. Got in contact with a LF executive, 1st actual help, says reason for backorder issue is console is discontinued, new version is Track Connect Console 2.0.

Missing and incomplete part
Arrive incomplete and box broken. Missing the console.

Not good due to a glitch
No matter how far I set my run to, the treadmill puts me into cool down and decreases the speed to 4.5 mph. This completely ruins the treadmill

Solid, Sturdy, with a Clunky Interface
I hate everything about this treadmill but running on it. The console is constantly trying to turn off. The rear guards have already broken off and cracked.
