If you have EGO machinery, its another excellent example of well engineered yard equipment
I love EGO - have the blower, string trimmer/weed whacker, hedge trimmer, pole saw, and of course a great push mower - love their system, love the quality and the durability. Love the ease of use and quick charging of the batteries. Highly recommend to jump into this brand, and stick with this line up of high quality, well engineered and well executed products. Seem way stronger and better than Asian based Ryobi, and other ‘store brands’. Happy to support a clever American brand. I had more of a basic blower for 6-7 years, but after long deliberation wanted to upgrade the strength of the blower… this is a strong and high quality blower… Just to comment, it does use a little more energy than the more basic one, as in, the batteries deplete faster, but that makes sense, considering its a stronger more powerful wind generating machine. Also - its heavy, and kind of awkwardly so, the more basic blower was nicely balanced with the 2.5A Battery, where, this one is a bit more ‘front heavy’ with the battery, and if i use the 4.0 i have, then its more balanced, but - more heavy and awkward. Would rather use the smaller battery, and swap with another one when depleted. Otherwise - love it.

Great blower - - I rarely use the gas-powered Stihl now. Seems sturdy.
Based only on a few hours of usage, I have a very favorable opinion of the LB7650. I won't say it's equal to my Stihl gas-powered blower, but it's close, and I know my neighbors appreciate the MUCH lower noise. I'll be happy not to have to buy fuel and perform maintenance. I already own an EGO 16" chainsaw and it's a winner, too. This blower is a little heavy with its huge battery, but the included shoulder strap makes it not so bad. The wide, fan-shaped nozzle is nice when you need a little better directional control than you get with the open pipe. I like the power control wheel a lot - - great design - - and the boost button. When you hit the boost, the power is impressive. A good purchase. I'm impressed.

I am a gas convert for this!
I love the internal combustion engine. Two strokes sound and smell awesome, and I probably swore I’d never convert to the pathetic electric stuff. Well, tar and feather me because I’m a convert for this blower. Finally had a belly full of cleaning the carbs and replacing fuel lines on my two Husqvarna gas blowers, and when I borrowed my Dad’s EGO 650 cfm blower I was very surprised how powerful and light it was. That got me checking them out for myself and, being a healthy male, of course I had to buy the biggest baddest strongest one I could find. Pros: This blows way harder than any gas blower I’ve ever owned. This is lighter than most gas blowers, definitely lighter than the ones I own. This is quieter than gas, and obviously is silent the moment you let off the trigger instead of continuing to idle. No more mixing fuel, spilling fuel, cleaning up fuel, cleaning carbs, replacing fuel filters and air filters and hoses. Cons: Cost. The blower itself isn’t cheap, but the batteries…OUCH! Weight - With battery it’s not light, and my 81 year old father can’t carry it for long without the shoulder strap. He loves yard work (no, you can’t borrow him!) so the strap is a necessity for him. I’m a very active 50 and no issue using it till the battery dies. Run time - The 2.5Ah battery gives less than 15 minutes if you’re running at full speed, much less if you use the turbo button a lot. However, if you chill out and run at the speed that moves your leaves & sticks without overdoing it, it lasts about 30 minutes. Dad has the 5.0Ah battery which he says lasts nearly 45 minutes on his 650. I do plan to buy one of those because I want more run time. Overall: Completely happy. I’d have been annoyed at the run time if I hadn’t read these reviews first, but knowing that it wasn’t a shock. I’d have to say get the bigger batteries though.

Just as Powerful and WAY More Convenient
It’s a beast. I had a 200mph gas version that was a pain in the rear. Yanking on that thing to get it started got me looking at EGO. I won’t be going back to gas. This has every bit of power as my last one and literally is a plug and play item. I can switch back and forth between this and the weed trimmer (and the lawn mower) in literally seconds. The convenience alone is worth the price. And I’m sure this thing will last decades.

Great for big lawns with LOTS of leaves -- but be prepared for some drawbacks
This is by far the most powerful leaf blower I've ever had, except perhaps for a gas-powered backpack blower, which I am D-O-N-E with for good. Overall, it is well-designed, very effective to use, and seemingly built to last. That said, it's not perfect, and not the right tool for everyone. For a handheld tool, it is quite heavy. One's forearm can get quite fatigued using it for a while. So, not a good solution for someone who lacks a decent amount of arm strength. For big yards with a lot of leaves, you're going to want more than one battery. When you run the product on the high setting, the battery drains rather quickly -- and even quicker if you use the "turbo" boost setting. I have three EGO batteries that I acquired with other EGO products. I could probably have gotten by with two batteries, but with three, I never had to worry about running out of power. The EGO batteries are definitely NOT cheap -- so if you don't already have several batteries on hand, you might want to think twice about investing so much money to buy them just for this tool. A minor complaint: the little knob you can turn to maintain the power level at a set speed is a little too easy to accidentally turn. A couple of times when I was changing the battery or putting the makeshift strap over my shoulder, I accidentally bumped the knob a bit and the thing turned on without my intending it to. It would be good to have the ability to turn the unit completely off (i.e., with an ON/OFF switch) that allows you to prevent this from happening. Overall, I'm very satisfied with this product. But if you don't have a big yard with ton of leaves to wrangle, this product probably is more than you need. And, if you're not already bought into the EGO product line, you're going to spend several times more on batteries than the tool itself costs.

Power Champ !
I’m very happy with the power and longevity of this blower. It’s much more powerful than anything my friends have. It takes about 45 minutes to completely charge, and it lasts about a half hour of continuous blowing.

Blow Baby Blow !!
I've very happy with this.. its got the power to move everything... I was walking thought Lowes the other day and saw they now have one with 880 cfm.. I'm like ok but no worries with it. I use the turbo a lot cause really blow baby blow lol why wouldn't I.. and it does its job reliably. The negs would be its not quite my apple watch warns of hearing damage with prolonged use and its not light weight.. That said the tool itself isn't heavy but add the Ego battery and you feel it. and the noise level I always wear hearing protection have been for decades its a habit... they're sitting on the lawnmower right now.

EGO Leaf Blower: Warranty Troubles and Poor Support
I purchased an EGO leaf blower that suddenly stopped working. Attempting to get a replacement or repair under the warranty has turned into a frustrating ordeal. I've run into issues with the manufacturer, Amazon, and the third-party seller at every step of the process. Key Issues: - No Warranty Support from Manufacturer: EGO refused to replace the faulty blower because I bought it from a seller that isn’t an authorized reseller. - Limited Help from Amazon: Amazon declined to assist me since they deferred to the manufacturer’s warranty, leaving me without support from either side. - Unreachable Seller: The third-party seller’s contact system is automated with only preset options, making it impossible to explain my situation or get a meaningful response. - Potentially Defective Products: It appears I'm not the only one. Read the reviews. This seller might be offloading faulty power tools that aren’t covered by the factory warranty, taking advantage of unsuspecting customers. - Ineffective Customer Service: The customer service representative I spoke with was polite but only provided standard scripted responses and offered no real solution to my problem. Final Thoughts: Overall, this entire experience has been mediocre and disappointing. I’m essentially stuck in a loop with no effective support—neither the manufacturer nor Amazon is stepping up, and I can’t communicate properly with the seller. At this point, my only option is to return the tool or pursue any available remedy on my own. All I really want is a leaf blower that works as advertised, without all this hassle.
