These really work! I have been less stressed and had a more even mood since I started taking them. They taste great and I definitely feel more calm throughout the day when little stressors pop up. I think play around with the amount you need, everyone is different. I started out with two a day (morning and evening) but just do one now and it works great for me!

I didn't care for the taste at first, but this one seems to work much better than the gummy variety. The taste got better with use. The only issue now is being able to get it, as it is unavailable quite often.

First, I think they taste great. To me, they are very sweet, and seem like a snack / dessert.Second, they do seem to be cutting down on stress if I have four / day.Third, they do seem to be minimizing my sugar cravings a bit.The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is they have sugar and glucose syrup. So I wouldn't say that they're completely "healthy."

The taste is not the best, but they’re very easy to chew. This product makes my stress eating and binging stop. I don’t feel any of the other benefits they mention, but in pleased with it

I saw this on Facebook and checked to see if Amazon had it because I hate buying items on Facebook. I got it in a few day, no problem, but the packaging is over the top. First, they have it in its own little decorated box (why?); I'm sure I paid a few bucks extra for that alone. I couldn't open the jar. I tried for about 20 minutes. My hands can't push down on the center and turn it, I even tried to use my legs as a vice-I gave up and cut the container open with a knife. Sheesh. I'd read the reviews, so I knew not to expect glorious-looking Snickers-type bites, and I counted them right away-I got 31! I must have got one of the ones that are shorted in a lot of people's jars. They taste ok, nothing great. I'm certainly not calm now, we'll see how this works in 2 weeks.

This is a great product. I take 1 Calm bite and 2 Ashwagandha gummies about 30 minutes before bedtime and when I get in bed, I fall asleep in less than 10 minutes and most of the time I sleep through the night. The best thing I have found for a restful night's sleep. No more going to bed and having a million things running through your mind so you can't fall asleep. I love the bites.

I take 4 a day and I cannot believe the difference in my stress and my mood. I’m sleeping better, I have more patience and I honestly haven’t felt this calm ever. It actually made me realize how stressed I’ve actually been. It’s a life changer for me!!!

I am not happy. I love these when I get them at my local grocery store. I thought I would save time and money and order here. They came all clumped together, taste old and can't get them apart well! Now I find out that there is a NO RETURN POLICY! I want my money back!
