I’m a 61 yr old man. I take blood pressure med ( Beta Blocker / Bystolic ) & Zoloft for mild depression. One of these meds after several years has caused me to get calf pains, muscle aches, & spasms all over my body. I’m sure of it. Even my Accupunturist couldn’t help me. Had a ultra sound of calf’s to see if I had a blood clot. Negative. One week of taking one pill of Magnesium Citrate daily and miraculously the pains are almost all gone. Magnesium is so important to our bodies and plays such an important role. Magnesium is needed for more than 300 biochemical reactions in the body. It helps to maintain normal nerve and muscle function, supports a healthy immune system, keeps the heart beat steady, and helps bones remain strong. It also helps regulate blood glucose levels and aid in the production of energy and protein. Most of the population is deficient in this vital mineral. The only side effect I’ve experienced thus far is loose bowel movements once a day. I can deal with that as it may take my body time to adjust. Don’t be scared, try it. Most of the medical profession won’t tell you about the benefits of Magnesium because it won’t pay for their Mercedes. Big Pharma makes money off of sick people. I’m picky about my supplements and their ingredients. Reading reviews of magnesium products on Amazon reveals common quality/production issues with capsules broken in every bottle. I was buying Dr. Mercola’s Magnesium Theonate, but there were so many broken capsules that I finally lost confidence in the quality and began researching other options. I found the LES Labs brand of Magnesium Citrate and I’m very happy. There are no questionable ingredients and I sleep well and don’t get muscle cramps. The quality of capsules is excellent and consistent. It’s a good product and is delivering the results I want.

I take these with my calcium at night it helps me sleep

I finally found a form of magnesium that balances perfectly between the two extremes of diarrhea and constipation. Taking the amounts needed to use as headache/migraine treatment you often deal with the former of these (diarrhea) and struggle to find the right dosage/absorption. After trying several forms of magnesium and even citrate (but much cheaper brands-available at superstore/market)I thought diarrhea would just have to be part of this. That's not the case with Les Labs Magnesium Citrate. I have been pleasantly surprised with the absorption. I only have to take one pill with each meal (3 a day) to get the right balance for my headaches and not cause the undesired side effects. I also had very good results with magnesium glycinate, but after finding it out of stock in the brand I'd been using (Zhou) and deciding to give LesLabs Mag. Citrate form a try...I was pleasantly surprised. The bonus free bottle for being a new customer (that I requested after I'd tried my first bottle) was a gracious gift that has further encouraged me to keep giving this Citrate form more time even though I was having great results with the Glycinate. Les Labs Mag. Citrate is also a cheaper form of magnesium than the Glycinate and I can use less do to being able to absorb it so well.

No me sirve, siento un dolor muy agudo en parte baja de mi cabeza un dolor insoportable y deje de tomarlas porque sufrí ese dolor por 4-5 días que tome el producto. Y está lleno el frasco, deben de garantizar producto o poder devolverlo si no le sirve a los usuarios,
