I really, really wanted to like this bag. Especially out of the box! Fits well, adjustable, nice color, etc. However, the cons of this bag really outweighed the pros (especially the noise) and I question the quality of the bag. Ended up returning it.Pros: is, indeed, lightweight. Very lightweight, compared to my smaller Thule. It also fits really well and handles weight quite well.Cons:Water bottle pocket fabric got a hole before I even took it out hiking. Never seen that before. I get that the stretchy pocket fabric is inherently less strong than the rest, but come on. Slight snag and thus a hole was born. I've taken my other packs around the world, stuffed them to the brim, had them mistreated by baggage handlers, and only one has a tiny hole in the water bottle pocket, whereas the other is still completely strong. I didn't have a chance to take this thing out into the world before it started falling apart!It was so noisy that I had to wear headphones to enjoy my time. Like, I cannot overstate how noisy this thing is. Every step is a huge squeak like wipers on a dry windshield, and after a while it began to drive me crazy. I adjusted it a million different ways, redistributed the weight, but still... SQUEAK. SQUEAK. SQUEAK. SQUEAK. I was glad I had noise cancelling headphones, because when turning the noise cancelling off, the noise of the pack came through loud and clear regardless of the music. Even *with* noise cancelling headphones it came through, but with the music playing it drowned it out well enough.I'm also not sure about how packable this thing is. It says 58 liters, and I won't say that it isn't, but it is a very small 58 liters. I have a 45 liter backpack and a 65 liter backpack, and this thing feels much closer to the 45 liter backpack in size, although, mathematically speaking, it should be a lot closer to the 65 L. My 65 L is pretty extendible, and you can really over-pack that thing, but this one is skinny at the bottom and doesn't allow for much extra packing on the top.So, I returned it. This was my first time ordering online without trying the pack first. Read the reviews, they seemed decent, but this pack has some serious flaws and I'm not sure I'll buy this brand again.
