Highly recommend it for smells.
Buy it in small quantity to see if it suits your cat. It suits mine, she is happy using it. The main benefit of using this litter is that, it prevents the smell and clots— but only to an extent. It’s better than the usual sand one but after a point, this also starts smelling.

Emily Pets Wood pellets Cat Litter
The product is quite nice. But compared to another such product that I have been regularly buying, it is not as good. But it is way more affordable and serves the purpose. I don't know if this is indeed pine wood. There is no pine smell, and it is dark in colour. But it is fairly sturdy and serves the purpose. After about 3-4 days, the litter in the tray starts to smell and must be thrown. The other one that I am buying, lasts for over a week without smelling. We normally clean the litter and dry it in the sun and put it back in the tray. This one is affordable and that is what is the main attraction to buy this Emily Pets Pine wood Cat Litter.

Nice litter at low price
Edit: Price increases(which I don't mind), but quality has really degraded. Almost 30% is just dust. I will order once more thos month and if it's still the same, I will have to switch to some other brand.Edit 2: This time it was goodInitially I was reluctant to buy this litter seeing the price. After using it for a week I can say it is as good as any other wood litter. It's easy to clean(provided you have a perforated litter box or a perforated tub). I use a perforated tub to get rid of the dust that forms. It can be flushed easily. I have been flushing wood litter for the last 3 years without any issues.

Not worth it!!
Purchased 20kg because of it's price being lower than other pinewood litters available in the market. And regretfully it wasn't worth it.The poop takes too much time to dry and hence, it's hard to scoop while cleaning. Also it doesn't absorb urine and poop stench as fast as it claims. Not buying ever again and wouldn't recommend anyone either.Reviewed by a certified mom of 12 cats.

False advertisement: Rosewood pellets, not pinewood
While this has all the advantages of wood pellet litter, this is not pinewood. They’re selling much cheaper rosewood pellets. My cat doesn’t care (much), but he was still a bit hesitant during first use, since he is used to pinewood pellets. As a human, it was easy for me to differentiate between pinewood and rosewood. If you’re expecting the natural pinewood smell, you’d be sorely disappointed.

Not bad.
The pellets absorb and break down faster than I had expected. Easy to aerate. Although it has a distinctive smell, I don't know what causes this because it doesn't smell like wood - a chemical perhaps? My cat is making a fuss over it sometimes.Update after buying it for the second time: My cat is now accustomed to this litter. The previous package lasted for almost two months. Yep, this one works well!
