I’ve been using this tap for about 1.5 years and while it’s still going good I have noticed that a little bit of the coating has come off from the edge of the tap despite never using a harsh chemical or scrubber.Other than that this is a very nice looking tap, I just wish the little icons for hot/cold were little bit bigger so it’s easier to see and use.The pull away pipe is still working fine which is something I was worried about.

Faulty tap received
Even though our plumber followed the instructions to the letter the tap doesn’t work properly ! Amazon doesn’t offer a refund of 163£ ! It is a shame because I paid 150 £ for installation ! So disappointed! Thanks a lot Amazon

Original seal broken
The seal on the box was opened so cannot verify if the product was used or not and if parts were missing. Also I have received a different tap to the one in the picture

Great price
Came in original sealed Franke packaging, really pleased with it. It isn’t matte black, but suits our needs. Not yet installed but seems all fine.

Al tacto es rugoso, como cerámico. Va bastante bien. Bonito color mate y muy bien de tamaño. Tengo un fregadero grande y que proporcionado. El extensor de la manguera se recoge con un contrapeso....no va mal. Em general recomiendo la compra

Gutes Produkt
An und für sich ein gutes und schönes Produkt. Bei der Lieferung war jedoch die Originalverpackung schon einmal geöffnet worden. Es waren jedoch alle Teile dabei. Auch die Durchflussmenge ist nicht sehr viel. Liegt wahrscheinlich am Brauseschlauch, der ja nicht grösser sein kann. Im gesamten schaut die Amatur gut aus und erfüllt seinen Zweck.

Mitigeur bien mais pas exceptionnel
Qualité un cran en dessous de ce que j’ai pu connaître chez ce fabriquant.Un léger jeu est déjà présent entre le mitigeur et le robinet, la rotation semble assez fragile, pour le reste, emballage très bien, et rendu très sympa.
