Yes you can set as many alarms for specific times of the day as you wish

Does the watch display the time constantly like a normal watch?

There are a number of ‘clock’ faces you can choose in the display options. The clock does time out and screen goes black-you can set how quickly it times out. However, all you have to do is raise your arm and the clock face reappears. Hope this helps, I am very pleased with this device as didn’t really want a smart watch.

Can this watch display duel time? Can I use it to find my phone?

Not sure about dual time, I would guess no, but yes, it can find your phone if in Bluetooth range.
