INSTRUCTION OF OPERATION： 1.Fixed the hook as shown in the picture (Tighten the back yellow screw) 2.Keep the fishing line under NO.1 and passes through the hook.Then go around position ④ and fix it to position  ②. 3.Rotating the manual joystick for 6-10 laps after the line is fixed. 4.Releasing the line of NO.1, fixed to the NO.3. 5.Open the line of ④, take the fishing line out from position ② and tighten it. Then release the line of ③. 6.Remove the fishhook, cut the excess thread, complete! Must be for tiny hooks only.No use to me.

Would not reccommend.
This is far too complicated. It only does very small hooks. The instructions read like they were written by someone who barely speaks english.
