So far I can’t tell if it’s helping me or not. I have dry eye and I’m still getting burning every day despite having taking it for about a month. Dry eye it’s caused in part by the loss of hyaluronic acid from the eyeball exterior. So far the stuff isn’t helping.

It’s hard to tell how much something like this is working but I really love hyaluronic acid. You can’t go wrong with it. Our bodies all make it but as we age, we make less. It’s what gives babies their soft skin. It also helps connective tissue and joints. I have arthritis and connective tissue disease so I decided this couldn’t hurt. No worse than I am now. I feel better taking it but will try longer with more bottles to see how I do. I love the design of the bottle and cap. Looks so cool.

There is no noticeable smell from the ingredients and the capsules are average size capsules and are easy to swallow.You get 200 mg of Hyaluronic acid along with a tiny bit of other vitamins including copper, manganese, niacin, zinc, vitamin C, Vitamin K, biotin, and copper.Hylauronic acid is usually found in topical beauty products, but taking it internally helps with joints and bones, because it is responsible for the resilience of cartilage.Before taking this, you probably should talk with your doctor as Hyaluronic acid contributes significantly to cell proliferation and migration, and is involved in the progression of many malignant tumors.I haven't taken it long enough to see any difference in my health.

I'm not sure how much these capsules are benefiting me because I haven't been taking them long enough and because I take other supplements and do other things that may deserve credit for similar benefits. But I started using hyaluronic serums this year and have noticed improvements to my skin, so I have confidence it can help when ingested too. The price doesn't seem too bad for a 60 day supply. You only have to take 1 capsule/day, but I could do without all the extra ingredients. If you take a multivitamin and other supplements, you could easily find yourself taking the same ingredients multiple times. Anyway, the bottle is glass, double sealed, and in a box. If I feel pretty confident by bottle's end this is directly responsible for any benefits, I would continue using it.

I take Hyaluronic Acid for my aging knees, because as we age our bodies make less of it. It’s important for your joints and skin, providing lubrication and hydration and also for your eyes. This is a little higher dose then I usually take, but still within they recommended dosing guidelines. The other ingredients are great ingredients too, but I’m not sure that there are enough of each to really benefit you, although Vitamin C and hyaluronic acid make each other better. But don’t buy it for the other ingredients specifically. This is made in Germany for a USA company . It falls into normal pricing ranges for similar ingredients. And it’s a 60 day supply. No problems, it’s what I need .
