Got this necklace just in time for my birthday last month and I love it. Comfortable around the neckline. Would buy again!

I ordered two separate letters an "E" and a "T". I loved the "T" the quality seemed very nice the chain scares me a bit as if it might break any minute. But the "E" I recieved a "G" the first time by mistake and requested a new letter immediately. Waited a few days for its arrival, bu the second delivery took way longer to arrive. Only for it to arrive as another "G". I'm not sure if a misunderstanding took place somewhere but seriously 2 of them back to back. It is very easy to say I'm sorry we're out of stock on the "E"'s or did you mean G" but to receive 2 sort of seems like its purposely done. I like the product but horrible customer service and follow up care. Please don't waste your time.

I really like this necklace I have seen the letter necklaces for a lot more. this was reasonably priced and so cute

I was hesitant to purchase this because I figured that it would be cheap and flimsy but I was wrong . I wear it all the time, the chain is study. I gave it 4 stars because the clasp is hard to work but I like it so much that I just struggle with it.Great gift too.

There is absolutely nothing wrong with it. I'm loving this necklace! I was slightly hesitant to order because of the 1 star reviews, however for the price I figured I would give it a shot. It's Stainless Steel so no green or black marks on your neck, that also means it will look like stainless steel, not silver, not white gold, if that's what you are looking for buy silver or gold don't buy stainless, you'll be disappointed. The "K" is smooth and polished (no rough or jagged edges). The clasp works just fine and the chain is adjustable. I feel bad for those that got a defective product because it's really super cute and I've gotten several compliments - I will definitely order another one, for my sister.

I saw these at a boutique in Avalon, NJ and bought one for myself. I liked it so much that I searched on Amazon and found them for slightly less than what I paid in a store. I bought a few for friends and was very happy to see that they came in velvet pouches, perfect for a gift. I get so many compliments on mine - the larger letter and slightly sideways design is really nice.

Ordered two...a “D” and an “E”...and received a “D” and a “G” instead of the “E.” Ugh.I did go back and double check that I had ordered the correct letter (hey, I’ve made mistakes before!), and I confirmed the issue wasn’t on my end. The necklaces were for tween girls, and the quality and price were just right. The G went to the “E” tween’s Grandma instead...and while Grandma thought it was sweet of her to pass it along and wore it all weekend when they were together, I don’t think it’ll make many future appearances. The letters are fairly large...these aren’t small letters that look at all dainty on the necklace. That being said, the tweens were thrilled with the style and size. Quality was decent (not sure how it’ll hold up over time, though). I’ll be re-ordering the “E”...and will hope the correct letter arrives this time.

I LOVE THIS NECKLACE! I'd wear it everyday if I could. It may be big for some, but I think it's a great statement piece.

Cute but wore it only one time for a couple of hours and then the chain broke in my hand when taking it off. Could I fix it? Maybe. Was I looking for a DIY project? Not particularly. Pretty sure I saw a review of this sort prior to purchasing...should have saved my money👎

The hole for the clasp was punched too low and therefore was defective.

I really like the size because it's big enough with a plain top. It is not high quality, but for the price it does it pretty.

It was for my granddaughter and she loved it.
