If you are buying for sous vide then go for it.
If you are buying this specifically for sous vide then go for it.It's sized to fit an average sized steak and will fit in the Stainless Steel rack that comes with the 11L Container that you bought to complete your Sous Vide set.Seal to seal it is 15cm wide and you will get around 21 cm depth depending where you put your seal.Without account for that then from the seal to the open side is around 23 cm

I bought it for exchange gift and unfortunately the even is Dec 31 and return window is Dec 31. The item was check after that date and it is not working.
