Bigger than I expected, dime size, but comes with an unwaxed lava bead. Trouble with 2 of the latches but easily fixed with slight twist of needle nose pliers.. Did notice slight copper discoloration on 1 of the latches but could be the one I added oil to the bead. Not sterling silver so that is to be expected I suppose. Only gave 4 stars for that reason. Great value for the money.

These deserve 6 stars. Just unbelievable quality for the price. Simply perfect. Mine, contrary to other reviews arrived with all closures in working order, w/a black lava stone inside each - packed inside a plastic bag & secured in a sturdy plastic container for storage. I actually used sized 12mm lava stones inside which work fine as well. The clasps do not open unless prompted. The cut out design allows for a good release of the scent of essential oil. (I completely allow stone to dry before inserting into cage to help prevent leaks.) A standard size ball chain (dog tag) in either black or silver, cut to length, works great. The only downside to these: They are not stainless steel. They are also a tad heavy.I will repurchase & highly recommend.

One of the clasps doesn’t feel as secure, but I think I can use piers to tighten. They are so pretty! Now I just have to figure out a chain!

Neat idea. The latches are a little tight on most of them...I really had to struggle to open many of them and was afraid the would break. Afraid they may over time...not bad for the price and you easily drizzle the oil in through the cage to absorb into the charcoal. (that might wear out the silvertone color though over time). They are nice sturdy size. I added one to a key chain hook.

When it arrived I was very excited, I opened the package and they were perfect and exactly what I wanted, I then noticed 2 of the five's clasps were too tight, I was unable to open them or even get the two sides separated for that matter. One of the fie has a very loose clasp and does not stay closed. so I'm ended up with only two of the five I bought that actually work. I'm very pleased with the two that work but I was very disappointed to find 3 of the 5 did not work.

Loved these and have ordered them three times. But every time I order them, I end up with at least two with broken latches.

Amazing deal for 5 high quality genuine lava stone jewelry diffusers! I’m giving them as gifts with a bottle of essential oil and a chain! Just as an aside you can also fill the locket with a piece of a cotton ball that has 2-3 drops of oil on it and that saves having to wash the lava stone to change the oil/fragrance.

Arrived on time and packaged securely. Exactly what I was looking for, I got the antique silver. Size is great, it has some weight to it but not too much. Container is sturdy enough for storage. If your lava bead seems to have a waxy coating, just boil some water and carefully dip the bead (they do have a hole for string) wipe off with a soft cloth.
