This moringa always does the trick.
I have been using this for years and found the best way to take this is to take it morning noon and night. I started with one pill 3x a day and noticed the difference after a few days. The biggest difference is my energy went up and I had a slightly elevated mood. Sleep improved slightly as well. I am very sensitive and can always tell when something is a scam or not and this was refreshing. If you try to take one pill a day or two a day at the same time you will not get the same results as taking one 3x a day as it will remain in your body much longer and not just be a spike you take once a day. I have seen an increase in my free test as well in blood work in about 25 days of taking it and it has been consistent and the noticeable difference in my hair and nail growth and how much quicker I heal is very telling how good the product really is. All these people comparing the color and mixers etc are really overboard. I enjoy the product it works for my family and friends. My friends say its a great sub for hcg if you take three pills 3x a day they have had the same results as the hcg except for the estrogen increase as the moringa allows you to convert the esto faster as well making this a much nicer refresh after taking a cycle. Some guys that are on heavy cycles take four to five pills 3x a day for 30-60 days and all agree how good it works.

Energy level is solid and even at night if you are working late seems to keep you alert. you can sleep when you need to though, and sleep deeper, also wake up in a very good mood. I will use this product indefinitely .
