This should be given by NHS. It’s helped me get rid of a problem I had with h pylori stomach bug. The doctor (nurse actually as the doctors are to busy) wanted to ply me with tablets. Did some research into gut health came across this on podcast after listening to Zach Bush. starting taking it and never felt better. Stomach problem cleared up and general/mental health better. Combining it with getting outside reconnecting with nature, breathing better. Thanks for this Zach you’ve changed a life. I’m now looking forward to changing my whole lifestyle, already enjoyed growing my own food on allotment and now fermenting and storing healthy gut foods.
