Bought this raised bowl for my dog who just had surgery and was having trouble eating with her food bowl on the floor. So many raised bowls come as a set, which I didn't need, and often have large bowls. The smaller size is great and fits about a cup of food. The orange color is cute.

My senior jack russell is 17-1/2 yrs old and has been eating from his regular bowl that sits low on the ground so his back and neck was always in a curved position. I never thought about how this might be affecting his overall health until a friend of mine suggested an elevated bowl to ease the strain on his body. I bought the medium size bowl that sits about 5" off the ground and it is perfect for his 12lb frame. With the detachable bowl, i can easily put his leftovers in the fridge and the stainless steel washes easily. Good value for the price. I just wish I had done this sooner for him.

Myles my 8 year old Cairn Terrier would vomit his first drink of water in the morning. The Vet said" you need to elevate his water bowl it will help stopping the issue." I found many different bowls but yours came in a bright orange. Love the color and Myles issue is gone.

It's the right height for a cat's drinking water.
