Easy to assemble and operate. Equipment is sturdy and adjustable depending on your height. My chiropractor recommended this to me to strengthen my back muscles. Seems to be working.

Got this today and assembled it no problem. I have another product from Sunny and they’re good quality, sturdy long lasting equipment at a good price. I also like that it folds down. I’m writing a review early because there are a couple things I want to help others be aware of. I’m 5’5 1/2” and have a longer torso, my legs are on the shorter side. I have the pad on the lowest setting and it’s too tall for me. If I take out the pin and lower the pad all the way down then it fits correctly—foot platforms would be more helpful. I don’t want to create more back issues when I’m trying to improve back issues because it’s too tall for me. Not the fault of the machine just my proportions. I’m debating sending it back because of that. So if you have shorter legs like me, maybe shop around, this may not be the machine for you. Just an FYI from my toes to the bottom of my pelvis is 30”. If I take out the pin I can shorten the top of the pad to about 33”. So it works if I tip toe. I never realized my legs were quite that short lol. Update:this issue has been corrected with correspondence with the company. They helped me correct the issue. The other issue is the handle bars are not welded correctly. They’re supposed to stick out so you can do elevated push up type exercises, but as you can see in the picture the handle bars are straight up.. Overall, it’s good quality exercise equipment I would buy from Sunny again.

I, along with much of the world, suffer from back problems that are, I believe, largely a result of sitting 90% of my waking hours. This isn't a magical cure, but this is one step in the right direction. Of course, back extensions are no new discovery, but the fact that you can have one in your home for less than $100 is pretty awesome. The equipment is perfectly sturdy for me as a 6'-1", 180 lb male. It's certainly not as sturdy as a bigger, bulkier model you would find in a gym, but I actually prefer this to the back extension at my local gym because of the thinner pad which lets me bend at the hip better. The one at the gym has an enormous pad that prevents me from hinging over the way I would like. I've had it for 2.5 years now and it's doing just fine. I use it off and on and it doesn't seem any looser than what I remember out of the box or damaged in any way. Just for context, my 5 star rating is based on the quality of the product for the price that was paid. Yes you can get better back extension machines, but for $75, I'm more than pleased.

I really, really wanted to like this Roman chair. I waited a week for delivery, slightly longer than usual, but fine, because the reviews on here were stellar. I was hopeful. The evening it arrived, I rushed to the door, eager to assemble it and finally start working on my back. I've been dealing with chronic back pain for years, and my physical therapist specifically recommended a Roman chair as part of my recovery. I thought I'd found a great deal on Amazon. I was wrong. You get what you pay for. My biggest frustration? Poorly machined screws. If you're not familiar with the term, let me explain: the threads on every single screw hole were so badly manufactured that after just one turn, the screws would no longer catch. You're left with two options, use a power drill with an attachment, or rely on the laughably flimsy wrenches included in the box. These wrenches are paper-thin, dig into your fingers, and constantly slip off the nuts. They are, in a word, useless. Fine. Assembly took longer than it should have, but I pushed through since the price was low. I finally finished putting it together, tightened everything down, and hopped on to try it out. The padding. Oh, the padding. I'm not exaggerating when I say I would have preferred broken glass. Just one set of hyperextensions left my midsection feeling like it had taken a direct hit. Brutal doesn't begin to cover it. Save yourself the trouble. Don't trust the reviews on this one.

Love this exercise machine. Great for low back pain and core strengthening. Very stable and easy to store.

Overall probably more of a 3.5. It is compact. Was easy to assemble but there a some bolts that are tough to tighten because of location. Quality is ok, stand is slightly off center and messes with my OCD. Wish there was a little more room between the pads for a male, too. But overall is good so far.

Great for the price. Sturdy and low profile when not in use.

Cet Appareil sent la solidité. Il est très stable et tout à fait adapté pour ma taille (187cm) et à mon poids(86kg). Il se très plie facilement. Les roulettes permettent de le déplacer facilement et prend relativement peu de place. Le montage est assez simple et tous les outils nécessaires sont inclus. Un bon achat.

You are not buying a professional technogym bench. But for the price this is a very good purchase! I am 90kg and I find it very stable and solid. It is MUCH better than the professional bench in my gym. In that one the range of motion is limited, I bought this one because I needed a proper range of motion due to problems in my back. I am 100% happy with the exercises this bench allows. The item was not difficult to assemble, all nuts and bolts were neatly organized and pieces fit well with no struggle. You find the wrenches in the package but, obviously, it’s easier if you have proper tools. I assembled alone with the tool provided. Had there been two persons and proper tools, assembly would have been a breeze. I am very happy with my purchase
