Replace the old metal rings on the inside of the cap, with the new plastic shell, and you are golden.

These definately dont fit my 2003 4runner. Thoght i found a deal, thought "yeay! Glad i kept my busted hub caps!". Nope, the old rings dont fit the new caps and theres significant gap all the way around when compared to space on wheel. Sending them back.

These center caps fit perfectly in the 18 inch aluminum 08 limited 4runner wheels. They are like the oem caps

As others have stated, the metal rings that come with these don't have the necessary tension to hold them in place. No biggie... just swap your old ones to the new center caps. The other thing I'll note is that if you have a Limited trim 4Runner, these are a lighter silver color than the factory 18" wheels. Also not a big deal because once I put them on, you can barely (if at all) tell they're a different shade. Just something to keep in mind.

As everyone else has written, these will not fit. The metal ring inside isn't large enough (by 2cm). I recommend taking the ring from the old one and replacing it. Without that, this will not work.
