Very cheap and sags in the middle. Not worth the money.

I have a 20 x 40 12mil. cover and the reel sags in the middle when the cover is rolled up. The middle of the reel doesn't seem to be strong enough. I have a hard time reeling it by myself. But the fact that it sags in the middle is a huge concern because my solar cover is actually laying on my concrete deck. pretty disappointed with the product

I was skeptical when this arrived that it would not hold our cover. I went together fairly easily. One note though they did not ship enough of the long bolts required to hold it together and we had to go to Home Depot to buy additional ones. There were plenty of straps to attach the cover and it really does roll up/ unroll the cover very smoothly.

The reel tubes suggested are not strong and overall system is too weak to hold 18' wide cover. For several hundred dollars all in I expect more.Unit is cheap- not recommended for 18' or larger pool

I've had another product like this and just replaced it with this one. One thing to look out for when you looking at pool reels is to make sure there was a handle on both sides. Putting it together can take a little bit of effort, but once you get it right it's set for years.

Seemed like a great product until we rolled the cover on it. It sags so we expect it to snap any time. Out pool is 16 feet wide so we assumed it would be able to hold it. The base is very narrow compare to our old one, making it very hard to roll. The box arrived open with parts sticking out. Luckily everything was still in it. Don't expect the reel to last the summer, would not recommend.
