Worked great! Edit* Seal is not waterproof*
Update- dropped phone into water for about 2 seconds and a few water droplets seeped in the camera area. It has since dried, but be aware. I was able to remove all the glass (I used tweezers at first to gain access to the side of the camera area; where it was flat), then used the blue plastic scraper tool to slowly remove the remainder of the glass until it was all gone. I then cleaned with the alcohol wipe and allowed it to dry. I took out the new lens cover and removed the light brown backing to reveal the adhesive. Using the tweezers I carefully placed the new lens and applied a little pressure to ensure the adhesive was completely secure. It looks brand new and I'd rather spend $20 than the 170 they were charging. I'm an average Joe, no tech experience. If you are patient and slow this will work to cheaply replace the lens. My husband was surprised it looked so good afterwards. Camera has no issues.

Finally did it
I bought these over a year ago after I dropped my phone days after getting it, and was too nervous to do the job until the other night. I watched several videos and most of them were WRONG.You don't need to remove the back of the phone, but you do need a heat gun or blow-dryer to make the adhesive melt. The worst part was picking out the glass, because mine was very shattered. The tweezers turned out to be better than the exacto for lifting the glass. After the pieces are cleared, just apply the wipes, add the new piece, and gently press while heating the glue again to make it stick.Make sure you also buy the lens covers to protect the camera from this happening again!

Easier to replace than I thought. Would buy again.
Love this kit. Finally had a few minutes to install the replacement glass and it worked great. I used a hair dryer to carefully heat up the glue pad without damaging the camera. Then I pried the glass off the base. I repeated these step several times making sure to not get any glass shards into the camera lenses. Then, facing the camera down I attached the new glass making sure the glue don't touch the camera lenses. After that step I pressed the camera glass down to attach the glue pad to the base and finally heated it up to cure the glue. Worked like a charm.

Saved me a lot of cash
This saved me a lot of cash. Local shop wanted over $100 to replace the camera glass on my Galaxy S20 FE. I had never done a repair like this before, but it was very easy. Just needed a hair drier and the tools included with this kit. Took me about 15 minutes. Well worth the $$!

Saved me $80. Thank you!
I used a hair dryer set on low to heat the glue as I removed pieces of my old cracked screen and a vacuum to suck up tiny pieces. I DID NOT open the phone up like everyone says you should do. Using the provided tools the old glass came off flawlessly. Thank you for making a simple to use and reliable product.

Do not buy!
It is only ok for far objects. For normal pictures the lense is so blur. Do not wast your money.

Easy to install, used You Tube videos
I was hesitant at first but this was very easy to install. The hardest part was removing the old, broken glass. I will buy again if needed.

Came with the incorrect camera glass protector
I have a very physically demanding job where my phone is almost 'tortured'at times, but the screen protector cracked quite quickly, though it did its job pricing the screen well, but having the incorrect camera protectors was a turn off
