The box says "INGREDIENTS (INCL): " Sounds like that means there could be other ingredients besides what is listed there. On the box: Sesame Seed Oil, water, lanolin, Glycerin, Alcohol, Hydrosyzed Beeswax, Glyceryl Oleate. Kaolin, Silica, Calendula Officinalis Flower extract, Fragrance, Limonene, Linalool, Geraniol, Citral. Have no idea what some of them are for, but the completed product is just fine for me.

Why does the description state this is for hair from Giovanni?

Definitely an error! There are a few hair references in the "about the product" section. I reported to the seller. I've ordered the body cream and liked it.
