Ezprogear Ez6308t8 Lavalier (Lapel) Microphone Clip (6.2mm)

I bought this to replace a lost clip from my Audio Technica ATR-35S lavalier microphone. I had to work the mic cable in between the coils of the spring that holds the mic itself in place, but once I did that the mic fit snugly and securely. It's not possible to open the loop enough to just slide the mic through the hole. I was really surprised that it didn't break with all the bending and twisting I put it through, trying to get the mic element through the wire loop and then bending the coils apart so I could get the cable in between them, so I expect this to hold up for a long time with normal use. I didn't give it a full five stars only because it wasn't obvious how to get it to hold the mic, and because it was work getting the job done once I did figure it out. I did give it four stars because, once I got through all that, it's working very well and it seems like it will last longer than similar items with a plastic clip to hold the mic.

This is for a real Tiny Lavalier Mic. The Picture makes it look big. It is not. It's Tiny. Check your Lav's Dimensions first. I had an old School Sony Lav. It did not fit. Company was very Nice & gave me a Credit since it did not work for me.

Works as expected, but not very easy to get the wire through.

didn't fit my mike. Looked right in the picture, but spring was too small to fit over the lapel mike

Had seen warning on Audio - Technica lapel mikes and purchased "just in case". The warning was correct and used this replacement - worked great
