Shattering the Limitations Of Pain: Identity restoration for a life of more like Jabez Paperback – January 30, 2021

When I read this book , I was impacted deeply, this book addresses a real suttle enemy in the lives of people, and that enemy is pain, what I learned if you don"t address pain, it will keep you enslaved in your past, and keep you from seeing any hope of a future, I highly recommend this book and this author.

Someone at work recommended another of his books "And David perceived he was king" and I have to admit, while listening to this coworker, politely, I was thinking.. big deal, I have better things to read than about king David, I need to read about healing, etc. I couldn't have been more wrong. Every few sentences would be a "wow, that's so anointed" and this book is the same, only on pain, emotional pain, identity. So much hinges on how we see ourselves. This book is amazing and I mentioned the other book as a way of reviewing the author too. Very anointed writing.

This book by Dale Mast is a wealth of wisdom on the subject of pain, dealing with it, being healed from it, overcoming it, and not passing it on. I think I could read it a couple of dozen times, and always find something new that is revelation from the heart of God. Highly recommend this, and recommend praying through it.

An incredible book! A modern-day proverb for those who believe. I step by step journey into Your identity as it is defined by God.

So much insight... its one of those books I am taking my time with, highlighter in hand. Hubby wants to read it too, so I ordered him his own! 😄 the Lord is already using what I've read; deep and anointed insights im so glad i took the time to explore 😊

Interesting. I highlighted lots of places so I can go back to them again. The Jabez prayer has been vastly overlooked in church.
