perfect size for my yoga mat and yoga towel, seems to be well made. i can fit one block as well as my travel mat which is VERY thin but this will hold a standard yoga mat easily. it can actually hold quiet a bit: the two front pockets will hold keys, phone, wallet etc, but it also has a "phone pocket" that will hold a phone the size of a standard iphone or maybe something a little larger. it also came rolled up in a black nylon bag but not sure why a bag would need to have a bag to store it in. giving it four stars because i don't like the word "RESTAR" on the front. wish it was just blank with no logo. other than that it's perfect for me; i was NOT paid nor did i receive the item free. i like it so i'm giving a good review.

I bought this for my sons karate gear. Works great! Lots of little pockets for belts, badges and his inhaler. His stick fit nicely in the main pocket with room to grow.

Pros: Nice bag. Comfortable strap/wear. Looks nice.Cons: Small pockets, have to put (small) yoga pants and shirt in separate pockets because none is big enough to hold multiple items.
