Edit: I was contacted by customer service and they are making it right. Very happy with the outcomeI've had this bag a little over a month. Almost 3 weeks after I got it the first handle fell off, and I fixed it. Both have now fallen off and have been fixed to the best of my ability several times. I don't have a lot of weight in it that caused it to break. I'm disappointed, and cant find how to contact the seller.
