Well, let’s start at step one. The bike originally wouldn’t turn on. We followed all the instructions and put the key in turned it on and charged it for eight hours. The bike would not turn on. We messed with it for probably a week. We took the battery out and charge the battery again. Reinstalled the battery and now it works great. I don’t know if it just wasn’t getting a good connection but now it takes a charge every time. We have 6 e-bikes and this one is the fastest off the line with the throttle. If you run it on power level 3 it drains pretty fast but that’s expected. The bike comes with a back rack and that is an additional $50 so it saves you there, but the shipping is where it gets you. Out of all of our bikes this is the only one that you have to pay for the shipping. Overall this bike would have a 5 star rating but I think they can do a little better than $120 for shipping.

Cycling is an important part of my life for me. I could do 40 miles a day on a mountain bike. But hard everyday life and physical work came, and so I decided to take my first electric bike, because after work there is no desire to move at all. It performs its function well, if your work or other daily goals are no further than 10 miles, then you will have enough to drive back and forth without getting tired at all. In general, the computer is very stupid and not convenient, the assistance works when you are already exhausted to pedal, and it's sad that if you turn it off, the Throttle will also turn off. But in general, everything is ok.

I like everything about this bike. The way it's put together seems well thought out. The parts seem to be quality. The only disadvantage I see is it is quite heavy and difficult to lift or move once it is folded. Some sort of clamp to latch it closed so it doesn't unfold when trying to move it would be nice.So far the battery has been excellent in terms of power storage. It has a CE rating on it, which is a European quality/safety mark. With all the press about ebike battery fires I'm counting on that mark to be my guarantee.

The bike is well made, rides smooth, and has excellent pedal assist. I did have some issues with delivery, brakes, loose handlebar, and shifting but the excellent customer service took care of everything. I didn't really understand the need for an electric bike but love it now that I have one. You don't have to worry about distance, wind, rain (as much) and feel I can go places throughout the day and back home vs trying to do everything in 1 long trip. I really like the sleek stylish design of this ebike which has a hidden battery. Battery lasts me 2 weeks before having to charge. Like the strong headlight and rear light that shows braking. I like having the better disc brakes. I was able to add a lift off basket on the front, electronic bell (their cheap bell is worthless) and large screw in motorcycle mirrors (holes built in on brake handles) to see everything behind me. A disadvantage is the heavy weight. It is very difficult for me to get in a car. (But most ebikes are heavy.) Nice pedals but they do not fold. It would be nice to have a better display that showed more info but the required items are there. Even though I had several issues, with great customer service I highly recommend this ebike.

I’ve had this bike for a couple months. It was easy to assemble and I took it to a bike shop just to make sure I did it right :)The battery lasts forever it seems.The only concern is that you have to be careful with the throttle. It’s sensitive and sometimes I grab it and it lurches forward when I don’t expect it. Just something to get used to with an e-bike with a throttle!
