Q: Does the effect last when you smile or wear makeup?

I have been using this product for several years and it works. It lasts until I wash under the eyes when removing all makeup. I only wear eyeliner as it is not necessary to wear concealer as there is nothing to conceal. If you wish to wear makeup under the eye, it shouldn’t be a problem. Your smile will appear natural and is not affected by product. You need to know how much product to use under eye to get best result and that comes with experience which doesn’t take long. You will see immediate results with use. I have tried several other products and this is the only one I recommend.

Q: Should I use under eye moisturizer before applying Truly Flawless?

I'm probably not the right person to answer this question. This product didn't work for me at all and I can't even recommend using the product - with or without moisturizer.

Q: Why did it dry out can not put it on

It's goes on like a creme then while drying it turns white and powdery. Then there is this white streaks around the eye.
