Decent quality hawthorn flour
This is a bag of wild-harvested hawthorn berries powder from Siberia. Quality is decent and pure. The easier way to consume hawthorn powder is to make a hawthorn tea. I usually add some honey to it. Occasionally I would make some hawthorn cake if my kids ask for it. Here is the recipe for hawthorn cake in case anyone wants to try it. The ingredients are 20g hawthorn powder, 15g lotus root powder, 250g sugar, 250g water. You can find lotus root powder in Asian markets. First pour the hawthorn powder into a pot, add water and sugar and slowly stir over low heat until the powder becomes thick and bubbling. Next mix the lotus root starch with a little cold water to melt, then pour it into the hawthorn mixture, stir over low heat until it is very sticky, pour it into a container while it is hot, and cut it into pieces after cooling. Hope you enjoy the hawthorn powder as much as I do.

I tried making some tea and I was not impressed with the result.
Ground Siberian Hawthorn Flour 300g (10.58 oz) Hawthorn Berries Herbal Dried Fine Powder Tea Crataegus Sanguinea from Siberia Altai Mountains Taiga No Added Sugar Resealable Pouch First impressions: Nice resealable pouch of a brown powder. The powder looks like a fine grind, ready to use. The grind is consistent, the powder is all of a size. Installation/setup: Use in baking or make a tea. Final thoughts: I have to say, it doesn’t have much flavor. I put some directly on my finger and tasted it. It has a vaguely fruity taste, but mostly just blah. I tried making some tea and I was not impressed with the result. The tea was grainy and seriously just didn’t taste that great. I would not buy this again. I will use the rest as an organic for my raku pots, but I won’t be drinking any more tea. ⭐️1 star - I don't recommend it at all, poor quality. ⭐️⭐️ 2 stars - I don't recommend it, it has multiple faults, or a very high price. ⭐️⭐️⭐️ 3 stars - It's passable, It has some faults but the quality is ok for what it is. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 4 stars - Product quite acceptable, it does what it promises. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 stars - Product that I totally recommend.

Seems Great! …. but I had to stop taking it because I’m having chemotherapy treatment and you cannot take supplements with it because they can have a reaction to the drugs. After chemotherapy I will carry on with the supplements.

It arrived overnight, The packaging was clean and best of all it's resealable. flavour of the product is very light, easy to drink, a little grainy on the bottom but I found it to be fine. Would buy again.
