Comfortable grip and silent as a mouse!
Worth the outlay over cheaper alternatives this is ideal for me as a left hander who needs a precise instrument for art work. Excellent quality

A little expensive, but perfect for us lefties
Although an unorthodox-looking device, Logi's Lift Left Vertical (great name) is the mouse you never knew you needed. It relieves virtually all of the strain that you normally experience with a traditional mouse by allowing your hand to sit in its natural position, without the need for wrist rotation. It does take some getting used to. Although clearly visible, the buttons are not where you expect them to be and therefore it takes time to rework your muscle memory. But after this initial process it's hard to go back. The function buttons all work as expected and can be configured globally as well as to individual apps. The 'centre' button is a little far back from the scroll wheel for my liking, so you do need to get used to a more relaxed grip so that you can slide your hand back to press it.I love the silent clicks too. I think 'quiet clicks' would be more accurate as they're clearly never going to be completely silent, but again compared to non-silent models the difference is night and day. They even feel better because of the sound dampening. All in all, perfect mouse for lefties!

Good product, but left click is sometimes glitchy..
Positives:- Nicely designed product and ergonomics- Relieves wrist stress and your hand is in a more natural position.- Can use for long periods without any discomfort- Excellent battery life- Flow software feature to move the cursor from one computer to another is Amazing! Streamlining workflows with easeNegatives:- Left button has been glitchy recently, often need to repeat left clicks to select and move itemsOverall it's a good product, but be aware of the left button.

Excellent for multiple location working
This is an excellent mouse device. I travel and work from a few static locations. With my usual choice of mouse, which are cheap no-brand left handed devices, I will occasionally forget to pack the usb connection device. This means I have bought many cheap replacement devices and now have a collection around the UK.This Logi device connects with Bluetooth or dongle and is very accurate too. With the programmable buttons, the device is very versatile and feel I now have the right travel solution.

Great mouse
Brought this for my wife who is left-handed, she is very happy with it, fits well into the hand, buttons easy to reach comfy hand position, overall, everything you look for in usability this covers all areas. Great mouse for left handers and would recommend to any left-handed person looking for new mouse.

For small to medium sized Left-handers
I researched for an upright mouse for left-hand use for many months. I watched many reviews and finally plumped for this mouse. And I think I chose well. Apart from the fact that one of the first things I read when I unpacked the thing was that it said it was for small or medium sized hands! and mine are like ... not small or medium. I couldn't believe I could have missed that important piece of information. I am still using it. It works well, but I have marked it down one star on comfort as a result, because the scroll wheel, and the buttons are in the wrong place, so I have to bend my fingers back to reach them. Not the biggest trial in the world, but it takes away from the ergonomic comfort goal of the design.

Nice First Impression, Poor Daily Use
Initial thoughts: Sleek design and feels good on my handMain issues after daily use:1. Slippery grip at the rear causes hand to constantly slide from optimal clicking position2. Angled design leads to frequent accidental right-clicks while scrolling3. Side buttons are accessible but impractical - requires awkward finger positioning to click properly due to the angle. Easy to misclick when using normal finger positionsBottom line: Despite its innovative design, the Logitech M650 L offers better comfort and usability for the price.

Strange ordering of buttons but comfortable to use and easy to set up
I have found that this mouse is comfortable to use and the technology very easy to set up (after checking a relevant YouTube video). However, in transitioning from a right-hander mouse to a left-hander mouse, I am clear that it would have been much better for the right and left buttons on this mouse to be the other way round. (With the current set-up, the left button is at the top (to the right of the hand) and the right button at the bottom (to the left of the hand).) It is possible to adapt with practise, but not particularly helpful to have to do so.
