I like the natural ingredients and I feel better emotionally when I take it. I have bipolar disorder so I'm always watching my moods and taking meds... these don't cure anything but they help a lot. I love them and will continue ordering them.

My father took fish oil capsules on the advice of his eye specialist to help with his glaucoma for many years, and he suggested I take them too. He even sent me three giant bottles containing 500 capsules each (they are long since expired, butI think they are still rolling around somewhere back in the back of my cupboard because I wanted to use the glass bottles). I tried for awhile, but eventually stopped because I got tired of dealing with the taste as well as the rather unpleasant after-effects. I recently ran across the Clary Sage oil from this brand and I like that I can easily adjust how much I take (I take less than the recommended dose). I have no issues with taste or any icky after-effects (I guess sage(y) burps are not as much of a thing as fishy burps are). I was impressed with the quality of the brand, their production methods and the beautiful packaging. I found the brand's website very interesting and informative, too. So when I saw the capsule version of this oil, I wanted to try it out for the convenience. Not that it is all the challenging to add a couple of drops of oil to my tea or other beverage. The bottle is gorgeous and will definitely be repurposed. At $39.00 for ninety capsules, I do find the supplement to be very pricey, but I also use less than the recommended daily dose, so this will last me longer than the 30-day supply it is meant to be. I do think I prefer the oil, and will probably stick with that form in the future.
