As far as customer service goes, Rebecca, who had been my point of contact when my package went missing, was fantastic and helped me get my product re-shipped and arrive on time. The air plants arrived as expected (as did the rocks), but there are a few areas of improvement that could be made.First, the plants arrived in a small cardboard box with some paper stuffing and bubble wrap. I'm not sure if this was the ideal method of shipment, but somewhere along the line, a few of the air plants' (limbs?) got crushed and bent; not all of them, at least. Perhaps adding a divider may help save the plants from getting crushed.Second, as a first-time air plant owner, I had to look up on Google how often you need to mist them, where to place them in your home, etc. As a suggestion, it would be great to have a sheet of instructions that explain the basics.Overall, the plants could have looked a little better upon arrival, and I was a little underwhelmed by the crushed plants. However, I would give Aura Creations another shot if I ever had to order these again since they were helpful.

The plants are in some rough shape, and the opening in the rocks are so small amd flat in one of them that the plants wouldn't fit anyway. I'm soaking the plant in hopes of salvaging for something else and using the little rocks as decoration alone as they're pretty anyway. Won't be buying these types of things online anynore haha

I am disappointed the I got one crystal that has a place to put the plant in and I had to use my daughter's hair tie to hold the rubber bands smashes the plants

No adhesives or no glue came with product as stated .Useless! Do not waste your money .
