Iron inside not aluminum
I have tested with magnet, it is sticking to the kadai. Inside iron I'd there.

High quality and even higher utility product for Indian kitchens!
I was looking for a triply steel wok or kadhai given the greater heating and health benefits versus non-stick cookware. Bought this brand but with some trepidation since there weren't enough reviews but the product description was comprehensive.The product arrived in very good packaging and the look and finish on the wok is impressive - the quality is comparable to international standards. Having been using it for 3 days and extremely happy with it. The heating is very even and Indian food cooks readily. Still early, but it appears that the gas consumption is lower than regular or non-stick cookware. It is easy to clean so no complaints from the cook or the cleaning lady.I am hoping the kadhai / wok is durable and has a long life. All-in-all, a great product at a price that offers good value for money.

Best quality kadhai
Value for money .Little bit of costly but no issue about kadhai .It is non sticky and not burn anythings. Cook on low to medium flame. After using 3 to 5 times ,I am writing this review

Value for money
Loved this product! Usually I only go with known brands but decided to try out this kadhai and am very happy with the product.. It's heavy duty and if one is mindful while cooking, there is no question of burning at all... I've made gravies and Pulao, all have come out very well.... Highly recommend, Go for it !

Good quality steel triply kadhai
Good quality. Used after conditioning it. Food does not stick at the base after conditioning. Even heat distribution. Do not use steel scrubber to clean. If cleaning with dish washing soap, the it needs to be conditioned again before use.
