What is the difference between the ninja nc301 and tje nc 299amz creami?

NC301 is standard model and comes with 2 pint containers. 299AMZ appears to be a special version for Amazon and only comes with 1 pint container.

I've watched reviews, some say you get 3 containers, some say 2, but this product description here says 1. How many should I expect? Thanks

I think some deal prices only come with 1. Mine came with 3, but I didn't buy with the current deal, which lists only one (I'm writing this on Prime Day 2022). Regardless, you'll want to have some extra containers on hand--you need one for each pint you spin, for each milkshake, etc. And if you like to freeze a few pints at once...you'll need more.

Can you use a creme anglaise base for this machine and do the included recipes use a creme anglaise for the base?
