No. I tried, and it isn't. The keyboard is fair. It has a touchpad, which is a little too sensitive to suit me. For some reason, right click doesn't work. But I can get right click by touching with two fingers. I can scroll with two fingers, and it's backwards from my Dell computer. It will also magnify by using two fingers.

Compatible with Verizon internet only?

I am running on T-mobile right now. That's all I know.

Can u make phone calls on it?

You have to do it through Google. You have to go to Google and get a phone number assigned to you. Do a search for making a phone call on Chromebook, and follow what Google tells you to do. But, beware that instructions about making phone calls, like on youtube, that are now obsolete. You have to find the latest.
