There are a few reviews telling us that this bottle leaks. Bought one anyway and it is completely leak-free. It’s also well made and works perfectly.

Does what it needs to, excellent size as holds plenty but still fits in cup holders etc. Not leak proof when on its side or in a bag, but temperature control is incredible. Have had this in the car on a sunny day and still have ice in water after hours. Take it in the sauna regularly and the outside becomes so hot you can’t hold it, but water inside is still cold, so I would recommend.

I was looking for a larger bottle as I wasn’t drinking enough water- this bottle keeps me hydrated in work. It doesn’t leak in my bag and keeps my drinks chilled.

Good for the price but the plastic on the lock was a little on the thin side, felt like it could snap very easily and had a few imperfections.

Love that it just fits in my car cup holder and its big and it keeps drinks cold. HOWEVER, it does leak. I read other reviews but thought it can't leak as it says it doesn't. If you lie it down at any angle, it leaks out from where the ring pull holder part is. If there wasn't this, it probably wouldn't leak. You don't need this part, just hold the bottle with your hand!!

Just pop the removable mouthpiece seal out and put it back in.I ordered this on Prime Day and got it for about 25% off the full RRP. When I received it and tested it out over the sink it DID leak, but I removed the silicon seal that's in the lid (that stops water leaking from the mouthpiece when the lid's closed) and popped it back in and it's now 100% leak-proof! The seal is designed to be removed and cleaned which is great!I think that when they're brand new the seal is a bit flat, but removing it and putting it back lets it form back into the dome shape it was manufactured into, so it creates a perfect seal against the mouthpiece.It keeps my water ice cold for my whole work day, it's super durable-feeling and allows me to carry a lot of water with me when I'm not able to go and refill whenever I like.It has a 'soft-touch' finish on the exterior (rather than the brushed steel of the non-insulated ion8 bottles) which I was apprehensive about at first, but have found it to be a nice touch when I use it.Blows other bottles out of the water because it has a lid that you can use with one hand (no unscrewing!), it's 100% leak-proof, lockable, insulated and has a massive capacity, all while being easy to clean and maintain and easy to handle. No risk of spillage around you laptop either.

Good size and keeps water very cold, the spout has a good flow for drinking when at the gym. But major flaw of leaking…can only be upright as even a few second on its side and you will have your bag or whatever soaked.
