I feel the different for my 2013 Audi Q5 3.0t
I got this for my 2013 Q5 3.0t as I like to run a fuel system cleaner while doing long road trips at least once a year. First off the bottle make it super easy to add to the fuel tank. In the past I've used BG 44K Fuel System Cleaner which works good, but it's a pain to add to the tank. I will say this VW cleaner really does smooth out the idle as well when using it, there wasn't a negative impact in fuel economy. It will be my go to yearly fuel system cleaner.

runs smoother, incresed MPG by 3.5mpg
In my 2018 Tiguan (8 sp automatic). Got 36.5 mpg on 8 hour hwy trip instead of usual 33mpg or so. Drive 73 to 78 mph. Pretty cool. Seems to run smoother too.

It works!
Used this product in my 2016 Audi A7 due to frequent misfire codes as others have noted. Replaced a plug and coil in the affected cylinder to the tune of $175 and thought all was good but then threw same code again about a month later. Likely the problem was a dirty injector. Put 1 bottle in tank, filled with a good 93 octane gas, and gave it a long hard run. Absolutely no problem since. Even though a bit pricey, this stuff is a cheap fix compared to the alternatives.

and the engine is running better after using 2 bottles
I used this for 6 consecutive fill ups on our VW 2.0 TSI engine, (50K miles), 1/3 of the bottle for each fill up.The "Misfire" codes cleared ,and the engine is running better after using 2 bottles. It was recommended by our VW Dealer, prior to spending $1,000 on a manual Intake manifold/valve cleaning/service.I'm not fully convinced that it is effective at cleaning the intake manifold/valves, but I did get results.

Appears to have eliminated cold start misfires in my VW Tiguan
My 2011 VW Tiguan was throwing frequent error codes for cold start misfires recently. Was about to do the de-carbon cleaning but gave this a try first. One full bottle into the tank at fill-up. Took a 70 mile ride on the freeway afterward. Since then (several weeks), idle at startup is smooth, low speed acceleration is quicker, and so far the misfire codes at cold startup have vanished! My car has low mileage (mostly city driving) at 40K miles.

I have a 2012 Volkswagen cc Lux Limited 2. ...
I have a 2012 Volkswagen cc Lux Limited 2.0T that had the cold start rough idle. It was giving codes with multiple cylinder misfires. I changed coils and plugs and I still had the problem. I put this stuff in the tank, cleared my OBD codes and made a few launches in sport mode up and down the highway to blow the engine out. I drove around enough miles just for the computer to finishing reading all the codes again. It's showing no codes in the system.I wasn't out of the water yet so the very next morning the engine was cold and normally it would shake and that's when the multiple misfiring detects. Well this time, NO Shaking! This stuff really worked for me and it didn't take days, about 30 minutes of aggressive driving.

This additive works on my Tiguan. On road trips I don't always get the same brand of gas. This takes the sluggishness out of my engine. Great
