For my shoulders, I alternate about 4 products (I guess hoping my shoulders don't know what's happening and won't stop responding.) I save this one for just before going to bed, my worst time. Nothing really stops the pain, but this one is pleasantly cool and seems to be the most helpful.

Used to sell these by word of mouth inside a nursing home. It’s all natural and excellent, except for the fact that you gotta wash your hands well cuz it will sting your eyes. My sister likes it. The roll on’s can reach areas she can’t reach by hand.
