Recieved used or already opened mattress in fully wet condition
I received my mattress in bad condition fully wet with rain water dust particles on cover, mattress was not in air compressed, it seems mattress was already opened or used. I raised a return request. Very poor service by seller (Sleep management pvt ltd, Chennai) totally unprofessional sent used mattress. Very poor service by courier company also no care of product fully wet in rain water full dust on outer cover of mattress
