A ‘Value Add’ for exercising Seniors
These are quality bands, great for any retired senior who still wants to exercise for tone. At 63, ‘no’, I’m not looking for higher resistance to build muscle, and ‘no again’ on the question of stretching the bands to breaking. Inspired by Emma Coburn, a variation on her warmup band routine (YouTube) has become my daily leg stretching/strengthening driver; my hip joints are grateful, walking (not distance/steeplechase running, lol) is enjoyably comfortable again. Too easy to recommend for the price, will buy again when (if ever) I’ve worn them out.

Talk about a workout! These little bands are awesome I an a receptionist and use them at work well made for the price

They roll up
I opened these and tried them out. I found out immediately that they roll up and move down your leg. Bummer.

Annoying
I don't like them. It's very annoying working out when the band keeps rolling up. I guess I should've expected it since they are rubber bands.
