Does this have a case ?

Is the content young kid appropriate? (For example, i have read where some of these knock off handheld devices have characters that are not clothed)

I have not seen any naked people in this game. It is a little difficult to put the pieces in for games, and they are easily lost. It is an ok game console, but, when kids are used to fast and more visually appealing games on phones and computers, this can be not so interesting.

Can you buy replacement battery?

Yes from Walmart or any store that sell the batteries but it comes with a charger so it want die much

Is it compatible with other game cartridges?

Currently only compatible with the three game cards included in the box.
