very high salt content (25%)
If you have high blood pressure this is dangerous. a good product should have used spices and seasonings for flavor not cheap salt. never saw a coq au vin recipe that included salt. Not returnable, save your money.

THIS IS A MUST TRY!
This is the closest thing to my French grandmother's Coq Au Vin that I've had ANYWHERE! This sauce is actually better than a lot of French restaurants I've gone to...GREAT JOB!
